I went directly to the manufacture first because the tub was still under warranty. After a frustrating 2 week experience and still not fixed, I called AZ Spa Tech. On the first contact they had me send pictures in real time so they could determine if it would require a service call or if I could do something on my end. We agreed they needed to send a tech. Came out next day! They worked with manufacture directly, had them ship a new control panel in 48 hours. They were back out in couple days and finished it. Only charged the minimum service fee. Between the phone work with me and the 2 at home visits, I got way more value than they charged me. They really worked to save me money and get me back in the tub quickly. Wish I would have bought the tub from them in the first place!

First time hot tub owner and pretty naive on just about everything relating to hot tubs. These guys were awesome during the entire process! Delivery was quick and they were able to help guide me to the right tub for my situation. Installation was a breeze, and very reasonably priced in the industry. Best customer service out there. Always willing to help with the millions of questions I had. These guys rule. Would buy from them again 100 times over!

They delivered it, made sure it was all set up and working properly and also helped me understand how to work it and maintain it. I’m very thankful for them! AZ Spa Technology delivered exactly as promised. Andrew and Rubin gave very personal attention to all questions during the process and were very knowledgeable. They also did the electrical and even craned our spa into a very tight spot! A week after we had the spa there was a small issue that came up due to manufacturing (not AZ Spa Tech's fault). They sent out Manuel the very next day and corrected the issue so we also have confidence in the their service process. We absolutely love our spa. You can buy with confidence from this business.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our hot tub here. We purchased a used tub from them and the day they installed ( the Friday before Labor Day) the pump went out pretty much after they left. We called and they had a service tech out right away that day so we could enjoy for the weekend. After a couple weeks we decided we didn’t care for the used tub we had purchased and we called them to see if we could trade it in. We are in the transition of switching out to one of the new hot tubs they have.
