I went directly to the manufacture first because the tub was still under warranty. After a frustrating 2 week experience and still not fixed, I called AZ Spa Tech. On the first contact they had me send pictures in real time so they could determine if it would require a service call or if I could do something on my end. We agreed they needed to send a tech. Came out next day! They worked with manufacture directly, had them ship a new control panel in 48 hours. They were back out in couple days and finished it. Only charged the minimum service fee. Between the phone work with me and the 2 at home visits, I got way more value than they charged me. They really worked to save me money and get me back in the tub quickly. Wish I would have bought the tub from them in the first place!
