The delivery and installation team were friendly, efficient, and professional. And, they obviously enjoy their job, taking continual humorous verbal jabs at each other the entire time. They made me feel like I was part of the team. Spa operation and maintenance was explained to me in careful detail. And, I was told to please not hesitate to call if I have any questions whatsoever.
